Founded in 2019 in Baner, Pune, Wake & Bake is an artisan bakehouse and café led by Chef Yamini and Chef Akash Kelkar. We craft pastries and croissants with deliberate precision using Swiss-milled flour, President butter, and Couverture Chocolate.

Every croissant unfolds over two days of lamination, and every dish is made fresh with no preservatives and no shortcuts. The result is a layered sensory experience built through patience, precision, and uncompromising craft.
